Shipping

  • we ship every Saturday. If Saturday is a public holiday then we will ship next Monday
  • Shipping is from Malaysia
  • Door to door tracking, with tracking number
  • Shipment takes 15 to 21 days to reach you

Packaging

  • Your order will be packed in a plastic envelope provided by the Post Office, which is by far the cheapest option
  • Size of envelope depends on size of order
  • Wool painting will be folded to fit the envelope but not to worry about creases as wool is fluffy so there won't be any creases
  • All items will be wrapped with tissue wrapping paper and place into a plastic bag to prevent wet if the package is torn while in transit.

Kits

  • All our kits come with an easy to follow instruction.
  • We also have videos over in our YouTube channel for all our kits
